Our Team

Bright hills rehabilitation center is co-owned rehabilitation center between three owners, the major share going to two of the owners that are in different field of studies other than health but had the heart to serve the people in need with a reasonable business platform. The market in the sector not giving too many options for desperate families who suffer from their family members` involuntary action towards addiction, the owners decided to model a business in such a way that is between the charity type model and the existing expensive business model so that families can get the best service for their recovering family members.

The first owner is Amanuel Solomon, an accountant by profession who has been in the Rehab service for more than 7 years assisting his mother Sister Yirgedu at NewLife Rehabilitation center that work along with Saint Paulos Hospital. His exposure in the sector has given him the opportunity to see the market need and was also looking forward an opportunity to respond to the need till he discussed with his co-owner Engineer Biruck Abraham. The charity model his mother was doing was not enough as compared to the market need and a certain kind of intervention was inevitable to meet the desperate need of the families coming into the hospital for a solution. After a discussion with the second owner, they crafted a business model that can meet the needs of low-middle class families who can at least pay a minimum amount for the service but could not wait in line till their turn comes at Saint Paulos hospital due to lack of enough beds at the partner , Newlife rehabilitation center. This was the starting point for the establishement of Brighthills rehabilitation center.

As the name indicates, our center promise a bright future for our client but the road ahead won`t be easy, it is like climbing a hill and it will not be alone but along with all our staff and the client families. At this stage we would like to encourage our client families to stay strong and be with their loved ones in this tough recovery journey and also appreciate to still stand by your loved ones regardless of the bad things that came to pass. Addiction is defined as a chronic, relapsing disorder characterized by compulsive drug seeking and use despite adverse consequences. † It is considered a brain disorder, because it involves functional changes to brain circuits involved in reward, stress, and self-control. Knowing this will help our clients to stay strong and keep the support to their loved ones till complete recovery.
